David Magid, a Santa Barbara native and first-generation Lithuanian-American, brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry as a second-generation Realtor. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, followed by an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California in 2013. Shortly thereafter, he returned to Santa Barbara to launch his real estate career, collaborating with his mother, Regina Magid, who has been a respected local Realtor for three decades.

David is dedicated to serving his community and values the opportunity to work alongside family in this endeavor. He is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients, ensuring that their real estate transactions are handled with the utmost integrity and transparency.

Outside of his professional pursuits, David enjoys traveling, cooking, playing basketball, and spending quality time with his family and his beloved puggle, Beaux.
