Dave was born and raised in Harrison Arkansas where he spent his teenage years working at his family's restaurant With a passion for serving others and creating a memorable experience he continued that motto into managing Restaurants at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson Missouri Dave met his wife Libby working at Big Cedar in 2009 They dated a year and he soon found out how smitten he was and proposed to her in 2011 at Silver Dollar City in front of the giant Christmas tree Five years later in December of 2016 Dave and Libby had their first baby! Wow! Dave couldn’t believe how much his heart could grow!

Throughout the last decade of living in Branson with his family Dave has seen first-hand and contributed to society with true ‘Ozarks hospitality’ The feeling you get living in a place like this shouldn’t be kept a secret That’s why Dave pursued and graduated from Lifetime Learning’s Real Estate and Appraisal School in Springfield Missouri Desiring a deeper connection with the world of real estate he continued his education by graduating from the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors® Leadership Academy and joining the TLBOR Community Outreach Committee Dave is now actively committed as a Tri-Lakes Board Member Chairman for Community Outreach and serves on the RPAC Committee
