David, a Santa Barbara native and second-generation Realtor, possesses a deep understanding of the local community. His career in real estate commenced in 2002 with Pitts & Bachmann Realtors, followed by a decade at Sotheby’s International Realty.

With a strong background in negotiation, marketing, and client relations, David excels in fostering consensus and driving successful outcomes for his clients. Prior to his real estate career, he was a project manager at J.D. Power Clubs in San Francisco and Thinklink.com, where he spearheaded customer acquisition initiatives and developed business-to-consumer marketing strategies.

David's educational journey began at Kellogg Elementary and continued at Dos Pueblos High School, where he held the position of Associated Student Body President. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1991 with a degree in Political Science and International Relations.

Outside of his professional endeavors, David is actively involved in his children’s lives, Katelyn and Lily. He and his wife, Cori, are dedicated to raising their family in Santa Barbara. David has also contributed to the community by coaching youth sports and serving as Vice President of the Board at the Page Youth Center.
