David, a Santa Barbara native and second-generation Realtor, possesses a deep understanding of the local community. His career in real estate commenced in 2002 with Pitts & Bachmann Realtors, followed by a decade at Sotheby’s International Realty.

With a strong background in negotiation, marketing, and client relations, David excels in fostering consensus and driving successful outcomes for his clients. Prior to his real estate career, he was a project manager at J.D.
