Born in Boston and raised in Malden MA David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life He received a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst In 2011 after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income

He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three Researching investment properties going through the buying and negotiating stages and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills By going through this experience he realized his passion for Real Estate David and his wife purchased a second home a single-family in Reading MA in 2015 where they are currently raising their three young children
