David Vander Schaaf serves as the Manager of the Northwest Division at Century 21 Affiliated and leads the REO Mastermind Group. With two decades of expertise in business marketing, project management, and construction, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate sector.

Before joining Century 21 Affiliated, David successfully launched and managed multiple businesses across the United States, including a prominent internet marketing firm and a leadership development organization. His previous role as Vice President in a major healthcare system involved overseeing construction and renovation projects valued at $7 million, along with managing land and facility acquisitions.

David has also provided consulting services in marketing and market research for various organizations nationwide, notably as Vice President of the Gallup Organization's Healthcare Group. He follows in the footsteps of his father, who established a real estate and development practice in Northwest Iowa.

In his real estate career, David specializes in residential, commercial, recreational, and agricultural properties, offering buyer agency services as well as marketing and land development expertise. He has a particular focus on bank-owned properties and is an active member of both REOMAC and REOBROKER.

Academically, David holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Administration. He and his wife, Diane, have renovated three homes, reflecting their passion for enhancing real estate value. The couple resides in Baraboo with their four energetic children.
