About David Jones

David relocated to Cashiers in late 2006 from Augusta, where he took on the role of manager at High Hampton Inn. Originally from Waycross, Georgia, he holds a degree from the University of Georgia, where he was an active member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

Following his graduation, David began his career in education, teaching junior high science and coaching basketball in Hilliard, Florida. His passion for hospitality was ignited during his time at the Cloister Hotel in Brunswick, Georgia, while he was still in junior college. In 1974, he joined the Sea Pines team to help launch Amelia Island Plantation, where he later transitioned to operations under Marriott Hotels and Resorts. It was at Amelia Island that he first met his wife, Nora McChesney.

David's tenure with Marriott took him across various locations, including Kansas City, Missouri; Point Clear, Alabama; Marco Island, Florida; Lexington, Kentucky; and Jacksonville, Florida. He later joined Hilton as an Assistant General Manager in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, before returning to Augusta, Georgia, to assist in opening the Sheraton Augusta Hotel in 1990. His exceptional leadership earned him the title of General Manager of the Year for ITT Sheraton in North America in 1995.

In 1997, David was recruited by the Greenville Health System to serve as the Care Support Administrator. Two years later, he returned to Augusta to lead the historic Partridge Inn until its sale. His journey in Cashiers began while managing High Hampton Inn, during which he served as president of the Southern Innkeepers Association, celebrating its centennial at the Greenbrier Resort in 2008.

In addition to his work in the hospitality industry, David has collaborated with various organizations in the region, including Cliffs Communities, ClubCorp, Trillium Links and Lake Club, and the Park on Main Hotel. He and Nora are proud parents of six children and grandparents to thirteen grandchildren.

David has actively participated in several boards in the Augusta area, including serving as past president of the Kiwanis, the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, and the Metro Augusta Convention and Visitors Bureau. Locally, he contributes to the Blue Ridge Free Dental Clinic as a "tooth fairy," has been a former member of Rotary, and has volunteered with Meals on Wheels. Additionally, he served as a vestry member at the Church of the Good Shepherd.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Macon County, North Carolina, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders prospecting for referral partners, title companies expanding their closing network, PropTech platforms looking for early adopters, insurance providers targeting E&O renewals, continuing education providers selling required coursework, and recruiters building their agent pipeline all rely on targeted agent data to drive outreach that actually converts.

Generic statewide lists waste budget on agents who will never work your territory. When you buy Macon County real estate agent email list data at the county, city, or zip code level, every contact is relevant from the first send. Our list includes {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file — giving you multiple channels to reach the same decision-maker.

Why Buy a Macon County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Dr Bill has been in the data business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists. Every record in this list is sourced directly from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and cross-referenced against carrier data to confirm deliverability. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire dataset is refreshed from the ground up twice a year. That discipline backs a 96% deliverability guarantee — something no discount data scraper can honestly offer.

Cheap alternatives pull from outdated aggregators, recycle unverified emails, and leave you eating bounce rates that damage your sender reputation. This list is sold at the state, county, city, and zip code level, and no other vendor segments Macon County agent data down to the zip code within the county. That granularity matters when you are targeting a specific community and do not want to pay for contacts you will never use.

How to Use This Macon County Agent List

Load these contacts directly into a cold-email platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is purpose-built for high-volume agent outreach and keeps your domain reputation protected. You can also use the list for direct mail campaigns, ringless voicemail drops, or uploading to LinkedIn for audience matching and sponsored messaging. Each record includes license type, so you can segment broker-owners from sales agents and tailor your message to each group's actual authority and needs.

Segmenting by city or zip code lets you build sequences that reference the agent's specific market, which consistently outperforms generic blasts. Phone numbers allow a true multichannel follow-up sequence — email first, call second — which significantly increases response rates compared to single-channel outreach.

Why Macon County, North Carolina Agent Data Matters

Macon County is anchored by Franklin, the county seat, with additional communities including Highlands, Scaly Mountain, and Otto. These are distinct markets with distinct agent populations, and reaching the right agents in the right town requires zip-code-level precision that a statewide North Carolina list simply cannot provide. The {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents in this county represent a defined, reachable professional audience worth owning.

Local targeting beats a statewide blast every time when your offer is tied to geography — whether that is a lender's territory, an insurance carrier's coverage area, or a CE course with a state-specific credit requirement. Macon County agents are your market. This list puts them in your inbox and ready to contact.
