David's journey in real estate commenced shortly after he earned his Bachelor's Degree, when he acquired his first investment property within six months. While working as a Financial Analyst for prominent Fortune 500 companies across Ohio and the East Coast, he adeptly managed his rental properties alongside his full-time role. His enthusiasm for real estate led him to obtain his license in 2012, marking the beginning of a successful sales career.

Since then, David has established a property management business and served as CFO for Ohio's largest brokerage. He has built and led sales teams that have expanded operations across three states, significantly increasing sales from $20 million to $80 million in just two years through innovative marketing strategies and comprehensive sales training. The teams under his leadership have consistently completed between 150 and 200 transactions annually, earning numerous awards and accolades.

David possesses extensive expertise in modern marketing techniques, particularly in leveraging social media to maximize property visibility.
