His deep knowledge of the foreclosure market led him to educate the public through classes at the Board of Realtors, guest appearances on KIEV public radio, and features on various major television news programs.

As the market recovered, David returned to selling and leasing properties in his local area, a practice he continues today. He has been affiliated with Re/Max since 1989 and consistently ranks as a top producer, having received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame honor.
