In addition, he was recognized with the Platinum Award for his outstanding commission totals in 2013.

With 25 years of experience in the real estate market, David specializes in both residential and residential income properties throughout Ventura County. He consistently ranks among the top producers in his field and is committed to philanthropy, donating a portion of each transaction to the Children’s Miracle Network. His contributions earned him the ADVOCATE certificate from Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, recognizing him as the second-highest donor within the Re/Max Gold Coast Family during the 2013 fundraising campaign. David also supports various local youth initiatives, including The Boys & Girls Club and Young Life.

Originally from Hong Kong, David emigrated to the United States at the age of 11 in 1975. He attended Saint Bonaventure High School and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Finance from California State University, Northridge, in 1988. David has been happily married to his wife, Marla, for 25 years, and together they have raised three children: Evan (22), Emily (19), and Dylan (17).

A former competitive soccer player, David remains involved in the sport by mentoring young athletes and serving as an assistant coach with both the Eagles Soccer Club and Ventura High School. His commitment to providing exceptional service, grounded in honesty and integrity, has been a driving force in his successful career. Following in his family's real estate legacy, he is dedicated to enhancing his expertise, currently pursuing his CRS Credential.

David has demonstrated his ability to assist first-time buyers, downsizers, and move-up clients in finding their ideal homes. He also specializes in the local residential income market, helping both local and international investors build their portfolios for financial security in retirement.
