Originally from Hong Kong, David emigrated to the United States at the age of 11 in 1975. David has been happily married to his wife, Marla, for 25 years, and together they have raised three children: Evan (22), Emily (19), and Dylan (17).

A former competitive soccer player, David remains involved in the sport by mentoring young athletes and serving as an assistant coach with both the Eagles Soccer Club and Ventura High School. His commitment to providing exceptional service, grounded in honesty and integrity, has been a driving force in his successful career. Following in his family's real estate legacy, he is dedicated to enhancing his expertise, currently pursuing his CRS Credential.
