With a career in real estate that began in 1987, this professional became a licensed California Real Estate Agent and achieved Broker status by 1989 (Cal BRE 968567). In 1996, they established Napa Residential Realty, a testament to their commitment to the local market.

In 1988, they earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation from the California Association of Realtors, followed by the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors in 1990. Their leadership experience includes three years on the Napa County Association of Realtors Board of Directors, where they served as Chairman of the Common Interest Subdivision Committee during 1994 and 1995.

As a founding member of the Napa Broker-Managers Committee, they held the chair position from 1998 to 2000. Their involvement with the BAREIS (MLS) Technology Committee spanned from 2000 to 2003, culminating in a chairmanship in 2002 and 2003. Additionally, they were elected to the BAREIS Board of Directors from 2001 to 2006 and again from 2010 to 2015, serving as Chairman in 2003. This organization oversees the Multiple Listing Service for five Bay Area counties: Napa, Marin, Sonoma, Solano, and Mendocino.

Beyond their administrative roles, they have provided expert testimony in court regarding real estate values, market trends, and statistics. Their dedication to education is evident through their teaching positions at Napa Valley Adult School from 1994 to 2001, where they instructed consumer-oriented real estate classes, and at Napa Valley College from 2007 to 2011, where they taught Real Estate Principles and Practices.

Currently, they serve as the Acting Broker and contract instructor at Keller Williams Realty in Napa, continuing to shape the future of real estate in the region.
