Before the founding of The Agency in 2011, David dedicated nearly a decade to Prudential California Realty, which later transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway, consistently ranking among the top 10 agents within the company.

An early adopter of technology, web video, and social media, David has effectively leveraged these tools to enhance his marketing strategies, allowing him to expand his business even during challenging market conditions, such as the downturn in 2008.
