About David Schure

David Schure combines a robust academic foundation with extensive professional experience in the real estate sector. He pursued studies in architecture and decorative arts at Columbia University’s graduate program in Historic Preservation and later concentrated on real estate and marketing while earning his MBA from the College of William and Mary. His initial foray into real estate was driven by a deep-seated passion for architecture, which led him to roles at the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Trenton Downtown Association. In 2002, David returned to the firm as a full-time Sales Associate.

As the former Chair of the Princeton Township Historic Preservation Commission, David played a vital role in advising owners of registered historic properties on exterior structural modifications. Recently, he has shifted his focus toward the recognition and preservation of contemporary architecture, particularly mid-century modern designs. His commitment to community service is evident through his previous positions on the board of directors for the Princeton Child Development Institute, which supports individuals with autism, as well as his roles as an Officer of the Old Barracks Association and past president of the Friends of the New Jersey State Museum.

In response to increasing traffic congestion in Princeton and its neighboring areas, David founded and chaired an ad hoc committee that successfully added the Kings Highway to the National Register of Historic Places. He and his family are currently restoring an 18th-century home in Princeton, where his son has benefited from the local public school system and is now a student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

David's clients consistently commend his professionalism and integrity. One client remarked, “David has represented my family in selling two homes and purchasing two others. Each time, he demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a patient demeanor, ensuring we never felt pressured into decisions. His commitment to our best interests is why we chose him repeatedly and ultimately found our dream home.”

Another client noted, “Throughout the purchase and sale of a property in Princeton, David maintained a high level of professionalism and knowledge. He was personable with other agents and kept all parties informed from listing to closing. His work is exceptional, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Princeton area.”

David has been active in real estate since 2007 and is recognized for his personable approach, expertise, and high integrity. He is fluent in English and serves clients in Princeton, Lawrenceville, Hopewell, Cranbury, and the Mill Hill section of Trenton, New Jersey.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Mercer County, New Jersey, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders use it to introduce loan products to active agents. Title companies use it to pitch closing services. PropTech companies use it to demo software. Recruiters use it to poach top producers. Insurance reps use it to offer E&O and life policies. Continuing education providers use it to fill course seats. Whatever your angle, this data puts you in front of the people making deals happen in Mercer County right now.

When you buy Mercer County real estate agent email list data from a reliable source, the difference between a profitable campaign and a wasted budget comes down to one thing: list quality. This list contains {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. That is the full scope of your reachable market in this county, delivered cleanly and ready to deploy.

Why Buy a Mercer County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record on this list is sourced directly from the New Jersey state real estate licensing board, not scraped from random websites or recycled from outdated directories. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually. That process is why we back every list with a 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap data vendors cannot offer because they are not doing the work to maintain it.

Dr Bill has been in this business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to marketers, lenders, vendors, and recruiters across every industry that touches real estate. No other vendor selling New Jersey agent data offers targeting down to the zip code level within Mercer County. If you only want agents in one specific zip, you can have exactly that — no overpaying for a statewide blast you do not need.

How to Use This Mercer County Agent List

The most immediate use is cold email. Load the list into a platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com or another cold-email tool built for high-volume outreach. Because the emails are verified and deliverability is guaranteed, your sender reputation stays intact and your messages actually land. You can also use the data for direct mail campaigns or phone outreach using the included cell numbers.

For advanced targeting, upload the list to LinkedIn for matched audience campaigns or segment by broker versus sales agent to tailor your message by role. Brokers respond to different pitches than solo agents, and this list gives you the fields to split them cleanly before you ever hit send.

Why Mercer County, New Jersey Agent Data Matters

Mercer County covers a range of active real estate markets including Trenton, Princeton, Hamilton, Ewing, and Lawrence Township. Each area has its own mix of agents, volume levels, and brokerage affiliations. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents operating across these communities, the county represents a concentrated, reachable audience that a statewide list buries in noise.

Local targeting means your message is relevant from the first line. An agent in Princeton does not care about a pitch written for someone in Bergen County. When you target Mercer County specifically — or drill down to a single zip code, which no other vendor offers at this level — your response rates go up and your cost per lead goes down. That is the practical case for buying local over broad.
