Dawn Merrill, a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience, has called Sarasota home for 45 years, having originally hailing from New Jersey. She began her career as an interior decorator for a homebuilder, where she played a pivotal role in assisting buyers and designing model homes. Dawn then transitioned to a sales role at Neal Signature Homes, where she distinguished herself by achieving the highest sales volume and surpassing $100 million in sales of new custom homes over six years. In addition to her real estate expertise, Dawn holds a Certified Building Contractor license in Florida and is a co-owner of Arox Land Development, a firm specializing in commercial site work.
