About Deborah Dickerson

Raised in Cooks Point, Texas, a quaint community nestled between Bryan and Caldwell, Deborah continues to reside there with her husband, Bill. She embarked on her real estate career in 1993, obtaining her license, and became a broker in 1999. Her professional development includes earning the Certified Apartment Manager designation, the New Home Sales Specialist certification in February 2008, and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation in March 2008. Additionally, she achieved the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation in June 2008.

From 1992 to 2004, Deborah worked with a property management firm before co-founding Tejas Real Estate Service (Property Management) and FossillMeyer Real Estate (Sales) with her husband. Her involvement in the Bryan College Station Apartment Association is noteworthy; she served as Treasurer from 1998 to 2003 and was later elected President in 2004. Since 1993, she has been an active member of the Bryan College Station Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Currently, Deborah holds a position as a Director on the Bryan College Station MLS and participates in several committees, including the Farm and Ranch Committee, Hospitality Committee, and Education Committee for the Bryan College Station Association of Realtors. She is committed to ongoing education and remains informed about all facets of real estate and the communities she serves. Her dedication to her clients, residents, and staff is paramount, and she strives to ensure that every client feels valued and supported throughout their home buying or leasing journey.

Beyond her real estate endeavors, Deborah is an active member of the Caldwell Burleson County Lions Club and has served as the Volunteer Fire Chief for the Cooks Point Volunteer Fire Department. Additionally, she contributed four years as an EMT, responding to community needs. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and dancing with her husband, Bill, and cherishes moments spent with family.

Professionals who need direct access to working real estate agents in Burleson County reach for this list first. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education course providers, and recruiters all use verified agent contact data to generate referrals, close partnerships, and fill pipelines. If your business grows when agents know your name, this list gives you the shortcut.

When you buy Burleson County real estate agent email list data from Dr Bill, you are getting a targeted, ready-to-deploy contact file — not a bloated statewide dump you have to sort through yourself. Every record represents an actively licensed agent with a verified email address, and the list currently contains {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents, including {{CELL_COUNT}} with confirmed cell phone numbers for SMS or direct dial campaigns.

Why Buy a Burleson County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record is sourced directly from the Texas state real estate licensing board, so you are starting with agents who are confirmed active — not expired licensees or people who left the industry two years ago. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and it goes through a complete rebuild twice per year. That process backs a 96% deliverability guarantee that cheap data scrapers simply cannot match.

Since 2005, Dr Bill has sold over 31,000 lists to B2B marketers who learned the hard way that bad data wastes budget. Whether you are loading contacts into a cold-email platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com or pushing records into your CRM for a sales sequence, the data needs to work on the first send. That is the difference between a vendor with a track record and someone selling a spreadsheet from a questionable source.

How to Use This Burleson County Agent List

Email outreach is the fastest activation path. Load the list directly into Zap Contact or any cold-email platform, segment by broker versus sales agent, and tailor your message accordingly. Brokers respond to partnership and volume-based offers. Sales agents respond to tools, referrals, and services that help them close more deals. That segmentation alone lifts reply rates significantly over generic blasts.

Beyond email, the same file supports direct mail campaigns, phone and SMS outreach using the {{CELL_COUNT}} cell numbers included, and LinkedIn audience matching to layer in display touchpoints. Multi-channel contact consistently outperforms single-channel, and having one clean source file for all channels keeps your outreach coordinated and your data consistent.

Why Burleson County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Burleson County includes Caldwell, Somerville, and the surrounding communities that make up a distinct local real estate market. Reaching {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents who work specifically in this county delivers relevance that a statewide Texas list cannot. Local agents recognize local references, respond to county-specific messaging, and are far more likely to engage when they do not feel like one of a million names on a blast.

No other vendor sells agent data segmented to the zip code level within Burleson County. Dr Bill does — and that means you can target a single zip, a single city, or the entire county depending on your campaign strategy. That level of precision is what separates a high-converting outreach campaign from one that bleeds budget on unqualified contacts.
