Relocating to Sarasota six years ago from his lifelong home in Williamsport, PA, this real estate professional sought refuge from the harsh winters of the Northeast. Since then, he has immersed himself in the vibrant local community, exploring new neighborhoods and forging lasting friendships.

With over 35 years of expertise in real estate investment management and renovation, he has a proven track record in the industry. For 24 years, he successfully established and managed a college housing business catering to Penn State students, which he sold in 2014. He continues to own and oversee several rental properties in Sarasota, as well as in Hamden and New Haven, CT, and Montoursville, PA. Although he initially aimed for retirement, his passion for real estate led him to return to the field as a Realtor, eager to leverage his extensive experience.

He thrives on challenges and values the opportunity to assist others. His guiding principles include honesty, integrity, and a sense of humor, encapsulated in his favorite motto: "Say what you mean and mean what you say."

In his free time, he enjoys the beach, exploring Sarasota's diverse music venues, and sampling new wines. He is also dedicated to volunteering with children's charities and maintains a love/hate relationship with golf. His three children are geographically dispersed across the country, residing in Denver, Williamsport, and Hamden, CT.
