Debi, originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, with her family in 1983, a place she now proudly calls home.

After graduating from Northeast High School, Debi pursued a career in court reporting, dedicating 22 years to serving in Pinellas County courtrooms. In 2009, she established her own firm, DMW Reporting, where she enjoyed five fulfilling years working closely with clients. However, a challenging home-buying experience prompted her to shift her focus, ultimately leading her to a new path in real estate.
