Deborah brings a wealth of experience to her real estate practice, having spent several years as a civilian employee with the United States Air Force. In her role as Director of Morale, Welfare, and Recreation, she played a pivotal part in assisting numerous service members and their families in acclimating to new environments worldwide.

Upon returning to her native England in 1990, Deborah transitioned into the broadcasting industry, serving as a Regional Sales Director for both Chrysalis and Capital Radio, the largest broadcasting organization in Europe. In 2003, she relocated back to the United States with her husband, Jon, and their daughter, Magdalene, where she established her real estate career at Keller Williams.
