About Deborah Young

Deb grew up in Riddle, Oregon, and despite spending several years away after her marriage, she always felt a strong pull back to Douglas County. Her journey in real estate began in 1978 when she joined a Roseburg real estate firm. During her time there, she married and started her family, eventually following her husband’s career in the logging industry across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.

In 1989, Deb re-entered the workforce at a mortgage bank, reigniting her passion for real estate. Upon returning to Douglas County, she expanded her expertise by working with a local heating and air conditioning contractor. Committed to community service, she embraced the opportunity to work with United Way, where she has dedicated over a decade of her life.

Deb's career as a REALTOR commenced in 2006 when she earned her license and joined the Integrity Team. The team’s name resonated with her values, as integrity is a cornerstone of her professional philosophy. She approaches each real estate transaction as a unique challenge, eager to uncover the distinct aspects of every situation.

When the Integrity Team established its own office in 2011, Deb stepped into the role of principal broker. She is enthusiastic about collaborating with and getting to know the global HARCOURTS family.
