Raised in the picturesque Lake Charles, Louisiana, this agent spent formative summers at a family vacation home in Bandera, Texas, where a deep affection for the area blossomed. After completing high school, they relocated to Texas to pursue a degree in business at Trinity University in San Antonio. Following graduation, they navigated various corporate roles but ultimately recognized a strong aspiration to establish a business in Bandera.

In the spring of 1981, this vision materialized with the founding of Guilott Realty Inc. Over the years, the firm has thrived, thanks in large part to the support of the Bandera community and neighboring counties.
