A proud mother of four and grandmother of two, she has deep ties to the community, having attended Spangler Elementary, Russell Junior High, and Samuel Ayer High School, graduating in 1973.

With 36 years of experience as a Realtor and Broker in Milpitas, Debbie is the founder and owner of Master Brokers, a firm recognized as “One of the Best” Real Estate Companies in Milpitas in 2013. Her exceptional performance has earned her numerous accolades from ERA Real Estate, including recognition as the second and fourth top broker nationwide among 25,000 agents, along with various local honors. For twelve consecutive years, the residents of Milpitas have voted her as one of the best realtors in the area. Additionally, she hosts "Valley Homes on TV," a program providing local real estate market updates, which airs on Channel 26 multiple times a week.

In her civic engagement, Debbie was re-elected to the Milpitas City Council in 2012 and is currently in her third term. She previously served for seven years on the City’s Planning Commission and held the position of chair for the Community Advisory Commission.
