Deb Cottle brings over sixteen years of expertise in the luxury real estate sector on Amelia Island, consistently recognized as a Top Producer in Nassau County since 2015. Before relocating to Amelia Island in 1997, Deb spent two decades in Chicago, where she excelled as a sales management executive in the advertising and television production industries. Together with her husband Stan, a Fernandina Beach native, and their son Connor, Deb sought a more balanced lifestyle in this picturesque setting.

Whether assisting clients in finding a second home or facilitating full-time relocations, Deb leverages her professional sales acumen, negotiation skills, and customer service expertise to achieve optimal results for her clients.

Deb has been actively involved in community service since her arrival on Amelia Island. Her contributions include participation in the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce, the Nassau Council on Aging, and the Rotary Club of Amelia Island Sunrise (where she served as past president). She has also volunteered with the McArthur YMCA, mentored for Take Stock in Children, and contributed to the Amelia Island Plantation Community Association's nominating committee, among other initiatives.

Currently, Deb serves on the board of Micah’s Place, the only certified domestic violence center in Nassau County, and is engaged with the newly established Greater Nassau Rotary Club. She continues to volunteer for various non-profit events and organizations within her community.
