Debra is a true Southern California native growing up in San Diego and obtaining her degree from USC After graduating with a degree in Neurobiology she had a successful career in Sales Marketing and Account Management at a national health insurance company In 2000 she moved to the community of Coto de Caza in Orange County where she raised 2 children and began her next career focusing on real estate sales and property management She manages a large real estate investment portfolio which includes both single family homes and multi-unit buildings In the past decade she has facilitated 1031 exchanges rental property acquisitions and has flourished in her true passion of representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate
