About Denise Christinzio

Denise Christinzio has been a dedicated real estate professional since obtaining her license in November 1979. She began her career at Continental Realty in Stratford, NJ, before joining S.J. Paparone Realty in August 1993. Throughout her career, Denise has consistently demonstrated exceptional sales performance, earning membership in the Million Dollar Club at both the state and local levels for multiple years, including recognition from the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) at various tiers, culminating in the Platinum Level for over $15 million in sales.

In 1986, Denise and her husband, Al, received their Broker’s Licenses and subsequently opened RE/MAX Realty Experts in Gloucester Township in March 1987. This venture marked a significant milestone, as they became part of a growing network of RE/MAX offices across New Jersey. Their commitment to client satisfaction is evident, with hundreds of satisfied clients and over $300 million in career sales.

Denise has also contributed to the community by teaching an introductory real estate course at Triton Regional High School from 1985 to 1987. In 2008, she merged RE/MAX Realty Experts with RE/MAX Home Team, enhancing their market presence and service capabilities.
