Dennis Allan and Margaret Allan, both seasoned real estate brokers, have been at the helm of Allan Real Estate Investments since its inception in 1991. With Dennis entering the field in 1991 and Margaret in 1979, their combined expertise has facilitated the successful sale of over a thousand commercial and residential properties across the Central Coast.

The Allans are proud parents of five children and grandparents to twelve. They also manage a 500-acre ranch in Huasna Valley, Arroyo Grande, where they run a cow/calf operation.

He possesses a robust background in lending and earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. Additionally, Dennis has contributed to the real estate community at both local and state levels, having served three terms as President of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors.
