Deno Merziotis, a San Diego native, has deep roots in the local real estate landscape. Growing up in a family that successfully managed a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, Deno gained invaluable insights into the industry from an early age. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Diego State University in 2001, laying a strong academic foundation for his career.

Shortly after graduating, Deno embarked on his real estate journey, focusing on new construction sales for various developers throughout the county. Notably, he played a pivotal role as the lead salesperson for approximately 250 condominiums in the East Village, also known as the Ballpark District, in Downtown San Diego. Following the successful completion of these large-scale projects, he transitioned to residential resale, joining Prudential California Realty in 2005 and later Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in 2010.

Throughout his career, Deno has facilitated successful transactions for hundreds of buyers and sellers, establishing a solid reputation within the industry. His extensive experience in real estate, combined with his background in Economics, positions him uniquely to navigate the complexities of the market. In January 2022, Deno partnered with Coldwell Banker West, eager to leverage his comprehensive knowledge of San Diego's coastal, metropolitan, and rural areas.
