Diana brings a wealth of experience from both business and volunteer sectors, which has cultivated her strong interpersonal and communication skills. Her extensive background includes collaboration with high-ranking military officials, corporate executives, and support teams, enhancing her leadership capabilities.

Diana's professional journey began as an Administrative Assistant with the FBI in Washington, D.C., where her exemplary performance led to multiple promotions within the Identification Field. In 1984, she was honored to serve as Chairperson for the Okinawa, Japan International Relations Committee, where she spearheaded public service initiatives, fostered partnerships with local social agencies, and organized community events.

Upon returning to the United States, Diana advanced her career as a Project Manager for a land, sea, and air transportation facility. In this role, she oversaw government inventory contracts and implemented electronic media solutions to enhance workplace efficiency and profitability. In 1994, she joined the American Bankers Association (ABA) in Washington, D.C., where she earned the respect of her peers, receiving the company-wide Customer Satisfaction Award twice. Additionally, she was appointed by the CEO to the Culture Audit Task Force and successfully chaired the United Way National Capital Campaign, achieving Gold Status. Her initiative to promote financial literacy led to the establishment of National Teach Children to Save Day.

In 2003, Diana relocated to Central Florida, where she became a licensed real estate professional, committed to maintaining high ethical standards and achieving success in her field. She began her real estate career as a New Home Consultant for a national builder and has since focused on the active adult market, leveraging her understanding of consumer needs and market dynamics.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Diana enjoys spending time with her three children and eight grandchildren. Her active involvement in the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, her church, and various community activities reflects her well-rounded character and dedication to service.
