About Diane Bearse

In 2022 we passed a significant milestone in our Real Estate business Surpassing 250 000 000 in career sales! Thanks to the over 600 clients that trusted us with one of the most important financial transactions!

Below is the path we took to get to this point!

We are both originally from Massachusetts where we still vacation each summer on Cape Cod Larry is a graduate from Northeastern University He had a very successful 26 years with The Hershey Foods Company With Hershey we lived in Boston Minnesota New York Minnesota (yes again) Illinois and Arizona He held many leadership positions He has always had a passion for Real Estate and together we are active investors in Real Estate He loves his Jeep and four wheeling along with golf and our time with family on Cape Cod

Diane was a Pediatric ICU nurse for 16 years while working at Massachusetts General University of Minnesota and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo New York Then she was blessed to stay home with the kids through their school years She loves her spin and body pump classes dining out and joining Larry on Jeep rides in the desert Real Estate has become her latest passion!

Our son Connor graduated from Arizona State University with a business degree from the W P Carey School of Business in December 2014 Connor joined us for 5 years bringing a fresh perspective to The Bearse Team and has been instrumental in integrating new marketing and promotional strategies that contributed to our sustained growth Connor has been running a Digital Marketing company in Scottsdale called Birch River He still lends his technical and digital markets skills to assist with our social media and online presence Connor resides in Mesa with his wife Taylor and our granddaughter Wren Great to have them so close!

Our daughter Kylie is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Broadcast Journalism Kylie started her career in Idaho Falls as a reporter/anchor then to Salt Lake City from there spent three years as the WCCO Morning Show co-host in Minneapolis She has now moved to Denver and is a meteorologist on Fox Channel 31 She chronicles her hiking and her life on her blog ApproachableOutdoors com We love to visit her in the Denver area!

Our team has one dog Cooper is a rescue whose pregnant mother was rescued from the reservation and gave birth to her litter at a foster home in Scottsdale He is a black lab/greyhound mix A very lovable great natured dog Who can run like the wind!
