About Diane Simonson

Diane's immersion in the real estate and auction industry began at an early age, assisting her father with various tasks related to auctions and administrative duties. After completing her high school education at Cashton High School in 2006, she pursued further studies, first at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a semester and then at Western Technical College for two years. During this period, her father established Simonson Real Estate & Auction Service LLC and invited her to join the venture.

In 2008, Diane obtained her real estate license and began to familiarize herself with the intricacies of the field. By the fall of 2009, she transitioned to a full-time role within the family business, and in January 2011, she earned her broker’s license. In January 2015, she was appointed managing broker and owner of the company. Diane is proud to lead a business founded on principles of honesty, integrity, and community service, values instilled by her father.
