Her real estate journey commenced in 1989 in the greater Los Angeles area, with a particular emphasis on coastal communities ranging from Redondo Beach to Malibu. In 1998, Dianne earned her broker’s license, and two years later, she established a boutique real estate firm that she successfully managed for two decades. Her extensive background also includes significant experience in selling bank-owned properties and collaborating with lending institutions and asset management firms, including JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Premier Asset Services, Nationwide REO, Quantum Servicing, Atlas REO, and Servicelink Asset Management.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dianne enjoys leisurely walks on the beach and biking with her husband in Del Mar, where they reside. A passionate animal advocate, she shares her home with three pugs and has dedicated time to volunteering with organizations such as the Rancho Coastal Humane Society and the Helen Woodward Animal Center. Additionally, she actively participates in Del Mar Community Connections, a program designed to support seniors in aging gracefully within their own homes. For every transaction she completes, Dianne donates a portion of her earnings to The Pug Queen Foundation or a charity of her clients' choosing.
