Dominic DiCicco, born on March 28, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan, is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in construction and marketing. He grew up in a family that valued hard work, influenced by his father’s plumbing business. After relocating to Milford in 1974, Dominic graduated from University of Detroit High School in 1976.

Dominic met his wife, Pamela, while working at a local Marathon gas station in Milford. They have been married for over three decades and are proud parents to two daughters and a son. Currently residing in Fenton, Dominic plans to move to the Brighton area.

At the young age of 19, Dominic obtained his Journeyman Plumber’s license, followed by a Master Plumber license three years later. He founded Neighborhood Plumbing Service, which served Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. His entry into real estate began at 22, where he purchased and developed 10 acres in Oakland County, eventually overseeing the development of over 400 acres and approximately 200 home sites. Additionally, he has owned and managed over 200 rental units across lower Michigan. Dominic holds a Builder’s License, a Real Estate Salesperson License, and a Real Estate Broker License, having built around 200 homes throughout Southeastern Michigan.

In the early stages of his real estate career, Dominic focused primarily on White Lake Township in Oakland County. His commitment to ethical practices and community involvement led to his nomination to the Planning Commission, a role he held until relocating to Fenton.

The 2007 housing market downturn provided Dominic with an opportunity to explore his interest in marketing and advertising, leading him to work with Cumulus Broadcasting.
