A native of Atlanta, this real estate professional spent her formative years in Charlotte, North Carolina. After earning degrees from Western Carolina University and Winthrop College, she returned to Charlotte, where she dedicated 24 years to the banking sector. Her tenure included 13 years at First Union National Bank and 11 years at SunTrust, culminating in a role as a client advisor in the private wealth department. During this time, she acquired several professional licenses, including Series 6, 63, 7, 66, and Life and Variable Insurance.

In 1991, she relocated to Savannah while still employed at First Union. By 1998, she married Reggie Abbott Jr., a Savannah native, and together they built their first home in the Southbridge neighborhood in 2001. Over the years, they have developed and renovated numerous properties, ranging from starter homes to luxury residences valued at $500,000, all within the Greater Savannah area. This extensive experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.

After transitioning from banking in 2009, she became an independent contractor with Premier Designs Jewelry, a direct sales company.
