Born in Westchester County, New York, this real estate professional relocated to Fairfield County, Connecticut, in 1988. For 14 years, she operated her own title searching company in Connecticut, but her desire for warmer weather led her to Florida. In 2003, she and her husband purchased a home in Port St. Lucie, initially intended as a vacation retreat. However, recognizing the robust rental market in Florida, they soon expanded their investments by acquiring rental properties in both Martin and St. Lucie Counties.

In 2010, her husband accepted a position in St. Lucie County, prompting the sale of their Connecticut home in 2011. Shortly thereafter, she pursued her passion for real estate by completing the necessary coursework and obtaining her license.
