About Dwayne Yunker

Dwayne's roots in Grants Pass trace back to 1983, when his family relocated to the area. He completed his education through the local elementary, middle, and high schools. Following graduation, Dwayne dedicated a decade of service to the Marine Corps. He then transitioned to the Oregon Army National Guard, where he spent an additional 11 years on active duty, during which he had the opportunity to travel to over 16 countries.

In his time with the Army National Guard, Dwayne also took on the role of recruiter in Grants Pass for a total of 8.5 years. In 2009, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management. After 21 years of combined military service, Dwayne retired in 2015 to embrace civilian life.

Real estate has long been a passion for Dwayne. Having owned multiple homes in the Rogue Valley, he takes great pride in being an active member of the community. This enthusiasm for real estate inspired him to obtain his license, allowing him to assist others in achieving their homeownership dreams.
