Earl is a 1985 graduate of New London- Spicer High School After high school he went on to graduate from Southwest State University in Marshall MN in 1991 with a degree in Elementary Education and Coaching In 1992 he purchased a pet food business Pepper’s Pride Pet Foods and operated the business for four years before selling it to one of his kennel vendors In 1996 Earl obtained his real estate license and he has been selling real estate ever since In 2013 he joined up with Matt Olson and Kelly Baeth Together they developed a team of agents which helps all of their buyers and sellers not only do their clients have one agent working for them they have three
