With a lifelong immersion in real estate, this agent brings a wealth of experience and insight to the industry. Growing up in Miami, he was introduced to the world of property management through his mother, who owned rental properties. From an early age, he accompanied her on various real estate ventures, absorbing knowledge about buying, renting, and selling. By the time he reached adolescence, he was already adept at analyzing cap rates and negotiating contracts.

His formal career in real estate began at a small, family-run agency in Miami, where he quickly distinguished himself as the top-producing agent. His dedication and willingness to invest 70 hours a week into his work demonstrated his commitment to achieving success.

Transitioning to the investment and commercial sectors, he collaborated with contractors and property flippers in Miami and played a pivotal role in his brother's acquisition of three hotels in Puerto Rico. Notably, he contributed to a significant 165-unit condominium development, overseeing the project from land acquisition through to construction and sales.

In 2007, he relocated to Las Vegas to be closer to family. After obtaining his Nevada real estate license, he joined the top team at the Green Valley office of Berkshire Hathaway. The team's extensive local market expertise, combined with his own background, allowed him to seamlessly continue his real estate career.

After four successful years, he chose to join Keller Williams, seeking greater flexibility and creative freedom to better meet client needs. His reputation for exceptional service has only strengthened in this new environment, enabling him to provide an even higher level of support to his clients.

Now, as a resident of Las Vegas with his wife and children, he is eager to assist others in finding their ideal home or investment property in this vibrant city.
