Ed Fuller is a seasoned real estate professional with over 34 years of experience in the Santa Barbara market. As the Corporate Broker of San Roque Realty Inc., he has built a reputation for integrity, service, and expertise since joining the firm in 1979. Under his leadership, San Roque Realty has continued its legacy of helping residents navigate their real estate needs, a mission that dates back to its founding in 1965 by Jack Kelly, a notable figure in the local real estate community.

Fuller’s extensive portfolio encompasses a diverse range of transactions, from residential properties valued in the hundreds of thousands to multi-million dollar beachfront estates. His expertise spans various property types, including apartment complexes, office buildings, and commercial leases. He has successfully managed complex transactions involving court-appointed receiverships, bankruptcies, estate sales, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

Before his career in real estate, Fuller gained valuable insights into the construction industry, which has informed his understanding of building practices. His background also includes significant experience in real estate finance, having worked with the Veterans Administration and other institutional lenders. As a real estate investor since 1975, he has personally navigated the acquisition, renovation, and sale of multiple properties, including a successful condominium conversion project in Goleta known as "Villa Condoleta."

Fuller holds a real estate broker's license and has completed comprehensive coursework at Santa Barbara Community College, where he also pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration. He further enhanced his qualifications with a certificate in Professional Accounting from UCSB Extension. His professional designations include Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), among others.

A dedicated member of the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS®, Fuller has actively contributed to the organization in various capacities. In 2014, he served as President and has held leadership roles on several committees, including the Multiple Listing Service and Technology committee and the Political Action Committee. He is also a director for the California Association of REALTORS® and has been involved with the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association for many years.
