About Edwin O'Malley

Ed is a dedicated resident of Mantoloking, having lived in the area year-round for his entire life. He completed his secondary education at St. George’s School in 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kenyon College in 1997. While at Kenyon, Ed established Osprey Technology Consulting, a venture that continues to inform his approach as a real estate professional in the Bay Head region.

In 2003, Ed joined Diane Turton Realtors, bringing with him two years of successful experience in the local real estate market. The following year, he formed a highly effective partnership with Suzie Van Schoick, a collaboration that has thrived over the years.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Ed enjoys sailing, skiing, and fishing, often spending vacations in Florida and Vermont. He is actively involved in the Mantoloking Yacht Club and serves as a volunteer and board member for Save Barnegat Bay (NJ). Additionally, he contributes his time to the Mt. Washington Observatory (NH) and is a member of the Mantoloking Environmental Commission. Ed is also a committed Rotarian with the Point Pleasant Beach Rotary Club.

With a deep understanding of the local market and a strong commitment to client service, Ed leverages his extensive knowledge and connections to benefit each client. In 2014, he earned his e-PRO and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certifications to enhance his ability to provide clients with the most current information and technology.
