Lainie Shimpa serves as the Associate Broker and designated manager for US Southwest® at the Fort Mohave Branch Office. After beginning her career in the nutrition sector in Denver, she moved to Bullhead City, Arizona, in 1992 to join her family, who were actively establishing a construction company in the region. This business rapidly expanded to serve the Tri-State Area.

Lainie became involved in the family enterprise in 1996, initially on a part-time basis, and transitioned to full-time in 1999 as the company undertook several significant commercial investments. She obtained her Real Estate License in 1996 and her Broker's License in 2001.
