About Elizabeth Mandal

I begin my career in real estate after graduating from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration In 1989 I received my real estate licenses for both Mississippi and Florida from The Realtors Institute While living in southern Florida I gained valuable experience listing and selling waterfront properties specifically waterfront condominiums To better my knowledge of the industry and be of more value to my clients I then became an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and later an Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM) Later in 1996 I went on to become a Real Estate Broker

After several years working in Florida I made the decision to move back to my childhood hometown in Mississippi to start my own family with my husband The destruction of hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast especially the real estate market However the silver lining for me came in the form of several new high rise condominiums under construction along the beach front Using my expertise of beachfront properties I formed my niche in the real estate market by working exclusively with the developers of these new condos Thanks to this surge in development I made the decision to open my own real estate office Mandal Preferred Inc in 2008 I worked tediously to design one of the top real estate websites for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Thanks to this website I have been successfully marketing waterfront homes and condominiums to buyers all across the country

In 2013 I became a licensed Appraiser in the state of Mississippi Although I am not currently using this license I feel I have a better understanding of the real estate process because of it This understanding is something that benefits all my clients
