About Ellen Dixon

Ellen, originally from West Caldwell, New Jersey, and New Smyrna Beach, Florida, pursued her passion for architecture at Auburn University. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience at Kelbaugh & Lee Architects in Princeton, where she contributed to significant public passive solar projects and design competitions that received accolades in various architectural publications. With eight years as an Architectural Designer and coordinator of presentation renderings across firms in New Jersey, Florida, and Santa Monica, Ellen honed her design skills.

In the 1990s, Ellen transitioned to a career as an artist, showcasing her original pen-and-ink renderings at renowned art shows in Los Angeles. Her commissioned works are part of prestigious collections, including those of former USC President Stephen Sample, the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in Oak Park, Illinois, the Malibu Adamson House, and various private collectors.

From 2004 to 2009, Ellen served as a real estate appraiser in Los Angeles County, a role that provided her with a unique perspective and technical expertise in Comparative Market Analyses. This background enables her to set realistic value expectations for her clients. Additionally, with over 18 years of experience in retail sales, Ellen was inspired to pursue a career in real estate, effectively merging her architectural passion with her enthusiasm for the dynamic California real estate market. She obtained her real estate license in the spring of 2010.

By 2017, Ellen had established herself as a top performer, ranking in the top 9% of agents at her previous brokerage within the Leading Edge Society. In the summer of 2019, she joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Calabasas, where she benefited from a supportive management culture and comprehensive marketing resources. Utilizing the robust Listing Concierge marketing program, Ellen has garnered enthusiastic client engagement.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 and 2021 marked her most successful years in sales, earning her the distinction of being part of the CB International Sterling Society. To further enhance her expertise, Ellen became a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, allowing her to refine her market knowledge and negotiating skills while connecting with a national network of real estate professionals.

As a dedicated real estate professional, Ellen is committed to providing exceptional service, demonstrating integrity, and leveraging her diverse experience in every transaction. She is eager to understand her clients' expectations and help them navigate the opportunities within the current market.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in the Los Angeles metro area, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders prospecting for referral partners, title and escrow companies building agent relationships, PropTech platforms launching in Southern California, CE providers marketing continuing education courses, insurance companies selling E&O or renters coverage, and recruiters targeting licensed talent all rely on verified agent contact data to drive their outreach. A targeted email list cuts through the noise and puts your message directly in front of the professionals who can act on it.

When you buy a Los Angeles County real estate agent email list, you are investing in a direct channel to {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, including {{CELL_COUNT}} agents with cell phone numbers on file. Whether your campaign is local, regional, or you need to drill down by city or zip code, this data gives you the geographic precision to match your service territory exactly.

Why Buy a Los Angeles County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our data is sourced directly from the California Department of Real Estate and cross-referenced against multiple verification layers before it ever reaches your download. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from the ground up twice a year. That process is why we back every list with a 96% deliverability guarantee — something cheap data brokers selling stale CSV files simply cannot offer.

We have been in business since 2005 and have sold over 31,000 lists to clients ranging from solo mortgage brokers to national PropTech platforms. That track record matters when you are trusting a vendor with your campaign budget. Our Los Angeles County list is also available segmented by state, county, city, or zip code — and no other vendor on the market sells agent data at the individual zip code level within the county.

How to Use This Los Angeles County Agent List

The most common use is cold email outreach sent through a dedicated sending platform. We recommend cold-email platforms built for high-volume prospecting, and our data integrates cleanly with tools like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is designed specifically for this type of outreach. You can also use the mailing addresses for direct mail campaigns or the cell phone numbers for SMS and call campaigns targeting agents in specific zip codes.

For more sophisticated campaigns, upload the list to LinkedIn for matched audience targeting, or segment by license type to separate broker-owners from sales agents under a brokerage. Broker-owners make buying decisions differently than agents do, and that distinction alone can double your response rates.

Why Los Angeles County, California Agent Data Matters

Los Angeles County spans dozens of distinct markets — from Beverly Hills and Santa Monica to Long Beach, Pasadena, Burbank, and the San Gabriel Valley — each with its own agent community and professional culture. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents across the county, a statewide California blast means the majority of your sends land outside your actual service area and dilute your results.

Local targeting lets you speak to agents who work the neighborhoods your business actually serves. A lender in Glendale does not need to pay for contacts in San Diego. Zip-code-level filtering means your message reaches the right agents in the right communities, and your cost per meaningful response drops accordingly.
