Emilio's academic journey includes a degree in Global Business Management from California State University San Marcos, where he served as President of the Global Business Management Association. His experience as a junior project manager with the European Aeronautic Defense and Space Industry (EADS) in Germany further honed his skills in project management and strategic thinking.

From an early age, Emilio developed a passion for real estate, influenced by his parents' experiences in buying and selling investment properties. Witnessing the challenges posed by ineffective agents motivated him to pursue a career in real estate. He obtained his license in 2015 and quickly made an impact, closing ten transactions in his inaugural year. Initially focusing on commercial real estate and business leases, Emilio later transitioned to residential real estate, where he now excels.

Currently, Emilio serves as the President of the La Jolla chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). This organization is dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership within the Hispanic community, and Emilio takes pride in advocating for families to achieve their American Dream in a manner that empowers future generations.

A devoted dog lover, Emilio enjoys spending time with Charlie, his lab mix rescue from Mexico. Together, they embark on runs, bike rides, hikes, and visits to the dog park.
