Eric has had the privilege of pursuing a career he is passionate about, guided by the invaluable mentorship of his mother, a highly respected figure in the real estate industry. Growing up as the son of a single parent, he spent his formative years closely observing her successful career, which ignited his own interest in real estate. At just 18, he earned his Real Estate license, and by 21, he relocated from Pleasanton to Tracy, California, where he established a second real estate office.

In the late 1990s, Eric was fortunate to collaborate with peers who recognized his potential. Together, they built a real estate team founded on principles of ethics, honesty, and trust, rather than solely on production. Under the leadership of Donny Piwowarski, the team experienced consistent growth in sales volume, driven by referrals, repeat business, innovative marketing strategies, and strong relationships. This dedication led to the team being recognized as one of the top teams globally by Coldwell Banker for closed transactions in both 2007 and 2008.
