About Eric Eaton

Eric, the son of a prominent artist and a church pastor, has cultivated a deep connection with his community. His lifelong interests include sports, construction, public relations, and negotiation skills. He is a dedicated father to his identical twin daughters, Portia and Petra, and his son, Brent, all of whom excel academically in honors and seminar courses. The twins, known as the “Twindividuals,” actively participate in basketball, track, and water polo, while cross country has emerged as Brent's preferred sport. In 2015, he was honored as the most valuable runner and appointed captain of the La Jolla High School cross country team.

Eric's professional journey began with hands-on experience as a summer construction framer, which evolved into a successful career as a finish carpenter and cabinet maker. What was intended to be a brief hiatus transformed into nearly a decade of traveling as a sports instructor, stage performer, and public relations expert. His diverse experiences included weekly water ski stunt shows, circus performances, windsurfing demonstrations, and leading roles in nightly productions, all while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction at resorts. Upon returning to San Diego, he focused on project management and remodeling sales, encompassing swimming pools, kitchens, roofing, windows, painting, and carpentry.

With a longstanding interest in real estate, Eric attended his first principles course as a young adult. His extensive background in objection handling, complaint resolution, and team management equips him to achieve the results his clients seek. Recognizing the dynamic nature of the real estate industry, he remains committed to professional development through regular seminars, workshops, and technology courses, ensuring he stays abreast of the latest tools and trends.

In 2014 and 2015, Eric served as the Director of Education for the Mission Bay Real Estate Association. He is a Fine Homes Specialist and a Commercial & Investment Consultant with BHHS La Jolla, proudly serving clients throughout San Diego County.
