About Eric Ehrhardt

A lifelong resident of the Lake Wallenpaupack area, Eric brings a wealth of local knowledge and professional experience to the real estate market. For over three decades, he co-owned Ehrhardt’s Waterfront Resort, a family business that played a significant role in the community. After successfully transitioning the business to new ownership, he renewed his real estate license and joined the esteemed Davis R Chant team in June 2017.

Eric is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Following a few years with Marriott, he returned to lead his family’s resort as President and General Manager. His extensive business acumen is complemented by his active involvement in the community, where he serves as a Palmyra Township Supervisor and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lake Wallenpaupack Watershed Management District. He also holds the position of Chairman of the Board for the Pocono Mountain Visitors Bureau.

Together with his wife, Sue, Eric is a proud parent and grandparent to three adult children and a grandson. His diverse background has facilitated a seamless transition into real estate, a field he is genuinely passionate about. He emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and honesty in all his dealings.
