Eric Lamb’s journey in real estate commenced during his college years when he founded Excel Design Group, a building design firm. Over the span of 28 years, he successfully led his team in completing more than 1,100 projects throughout the Sacramento area. His portfolio includes custom homes, residential additions, remodels, production housing, multifamily units, and various commercial ventures, notably a $7.5 million industrial plant. His designs have garnered recognition, featuring in prestigious events like the Street of Dreams and BIA Home Tours, and have earned multiple awards.

In addition to his design expertise, Eric possesses a solid foundation in real estate investing and construction. He has managed home renovation projects and supervised the construction of two custom homes. His hands-on experience extends to plumbing, electrical work, flooring, carpentry, painting, and roofing, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Community involvement is a significant aspect of Eric’s life. In his youth, he participated in 4-H and held various leadership roles. As an adult, he has contributed to local churches in numerous capacities, including home group leader, youth educator, and deacon on the board of elders. Eric is also dedicated to humanitarian efforts, actively participating in initiatives to feed and clothe the homeless both locally and internationally.

Outside of his professional commitments, Eric values family time, enjoys playing guitar, and is an avid reader.
