Since entering the real estate sector in 2003 with Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty in Chico, Erica has established a strong presence in the local market. In the first full year of their career, Erica distinguished themselves as one of the top ten agents within the company.

In collaboration with partners, Erica played a pivotal role in launching the Keller Williams Real Estate office in the area. As Team Leader and CEO for four years, Erica was instrumental in expanding the office from two agents to 45, contributing to its recognition as one of the largest real estate firms in Butte County. Under Erica's leadership, Keller Williams achieved the distinction of being the top company in the county for total closed volume and units in 2015.

Currently serving as the Operating Principal and Broker of Record for the Keller Williams office, Erica has benefited from extensive training and mentorship from leading real estate professionals nationwide.
