Erica Rawls serves as the owner and team leader of The Rawls Group Inc., where she is also a licensed Associate Broker with Keller Williams of Central PA, based in Enola, PA. Her expertise lies in residential sales throughout the Central Pennsylvania market.

A native of Pennsylvania, Erica spent her early years in West Lawn before relocating to Harrisburg with her family after graduating from Wilson High School. It was in Harrisburg that she developed a fascination with real estate, often envisioning the potential of neglected properties. This passion culminated in the establishment of Erica Rawls Companies five years later, following encouragement from her real estate agent, who recognized her potential. Seven years after that, she founded The Rawls Group Inc., where her commitment to guiding clients through the home buying and selling process continues to grow. The mission of The Rawls Group is to deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering lasting relationships and enthusiastic referrals.

Before embarking on her real estate career, Erica attended Virginia Tech on a basketball scholarship. She later transferred to Penn State, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accountancy. Following graduation, she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big Five accounting firms, specializing in tax accounting. This role equipped her with vital training and skills for successful business development. Additionally, her tenure at Ahold, the parent company of grocery chains such as Giant Foods and Stop & Shop, provided her with international experience as an internal auditor, frequently conducting audits at the company’s headquarters in Utrecht, Switzerland.

Erica's early interest in real estate remained a guiding force throughout her career, ultimately leading her back to her true passion at The Rawls Group.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Erica values her family life with her husband, Jesse Rawls Jr., Principal of Central Dauphin East High School, and their four children—two boys and twin girls. She is also an active member of the Harrisburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. These diverse experiences have shaped Erica into the client-focused leader she is today, fostering a collaborative team environment at The Rawls Group.
