Erik is a committed real estate professional serving the Central Coast, where his focus extends beyond transactions to genuinely assisting clients, treating each one as if they were family.

He earned a Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, followed by a Master of City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Erik began his career as an intern with the City of Morro Bay, and upon graduation, he secured a full-time position as a City Planner in the Community Development Department of San Luis Obispo. He later returned to Oregon, where he spent three years as a City Planner in Eugene. During his tenure in local government, Erik managed land use applications for significant development projects, presented to various decision-making bodies, and led a Historic Preservation program.

Transitioning from public service, Erik took on a role as a project manager at a leading civil engineering firm, where he specialized in subdivision design and assisted property owners in navigating the planning permit process with local authorities.

Erik’s diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on both residential and commercial real estate in the Central Coast region. He prides himself on his integrity and strong work ethic, which he considers his most valuable attributes. Erik is always eager to connect with new clients and share his enthusiasm for real estate.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys music, playing pickleball and golf, engaging in home improvement projects, and spending quality time with his wife, Valerie, and their son, Viggo.
