About Erik Reisner

Erik's connection to the Mad River Valley began in the mid-1980s when he accompanied his father from Westfield, NJ, to ski at Sugarbush Resort and Mad River Glen. Even as a child, he recognized the area's unique charm. After earning his degree from Boston College, Erik pursued a successful career as a location sound engineer, collaborating with major networks such as NBC, ABC, CBS, and ESPN, as well as contributing to various documentary and feature film projects.

His foray into real estate commenced in 1998 with the acquisition of a rental property near Mad River Glen, followed by a multi-family investment in Arlington, MA. In 2004, Erik obtained his real estate license and quickly established himself as a top producer in the field.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Erik is deeply committed to his community. He serves as a volunteer EMT for the Mad River Valley Ambulance Service and has held a position on its Board of Directors for several years. He and his wife, Lisa, are shareholders at Mad River Glen and reside in Warren with their daughters, Anabelle and Madeline, as well as their dogs, Gracie Mae and Rosco P. Coltrane.
